Proposed members shall be between 23 and 50 years of age by the September meeting.  Each candidate shall be proposed by written recommendation by an active or sustaining member.   All recommendations must contain a statement from the candidate declaring desire and purpose for joining the League. Applications for membership shall be presented to the Provisional Director prior to the September meeting. All applications will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and then presented to the membership. Candidates for membership will be voted on during the August meeting, by silent ballot.
