Saturday we had a fantastic day of service and blessings for our community!  Not only did receive a truck full of produce, we received a second truck full of dry goods too! Our guests were blessed with all kinds of goodies from apples to rice crispy treats and paper towels to MREs!

We are thankful for the support of Huntsville Church of Christ for opening their doors to the community, to Brookshire Brothers for allowing us to borrow grocery carts to help our guests easily get the food to their cars, and Walmart for donating bags. A special thanks to Nan with HEB for providing excellent education about nutrition to all in attendance.

Thanks to all who volunteered with us…Alpha Omega Academy, Zeta Tau Alpha, American Heritage Girls, BESO, Rotaract, and Alpha Chi Omega!  Because of the hard work of these kind souls, we were able to impact 589 residents from 178 families!
